After Gold Seal began its business in Risk Management Services, we soon realised that our company catchline "Assisting Beyond Expectation" could not be sincerely used without extending our services beyond the provision of tools, audits and compliance support for our clients. We came to understand that the complete service we wanted to offer – helping our clients to run more successful businesses – would need to include a range of services based around Learning and Development.
Given that charter, over a number of years Gold Seal developed a range of Learning and Development services that offers high quality assistance and training interventions to support and extend our commitment to our clients.
Whilst starting out as a provider of professional development workshops, we quickly extended the scope of our services to include the training in the areas of Broking and Compliance, People Management, Communication Skills and Practice Management workshops, and our range continues to grow daily.
