There is no need to resend your FSG to all your clients when you update it.
However, you must provide the updated FSG to each client before you provide any further advice or arrange any further insurance. Once you have given a client the new FSG, you do not have to give it to that client again until you update the FSG again.
Some licensees choose to manage this requirement by doing a general mail out to all their clients, but it is equally acceptable to give the FSG to your clients gradually as they approach you for financial services.
