Gold Seal attended the UAC Conference in Sydney

Gold Seal attended the UAC conference in Sydney in March. It had a new format and was conducted in two rooms, with traffic moving freely between them. The turnout was excellent with many brokers in attendance and many exhibitors for them to talk to.

The new format, which excluded a sit down lunch but still stacked up in the imbibing stakes by feeding delegates with good finger food and serving wine and beer, was well accepted by all attendees and provided all comers with a great opportunity to mingle and network.

Gold Seal took advantage of the sponsorship packages available, and provided the “ladies in red” – volunteers who were helping people use the expo App – with bright red polo shirts branded with the Gold Seal by-line “assisting beyond expectation”. And they did just that, helping all comers not just with the App but also with information in general as well as crowd control.

Gold Seal took the opportunity to launch Gold Seal’s UAC HR Resource Centre which provides industry-specific access to our extensive range of HR products and services, with one click from the UAC website. All the Resources available through the Resource Centre are designed just for underwriting agencies and will help members to comply with all legislative obligations and manage their people with continuously updated information and advice. We are proud to partner with UAC this way and would like to thank them for the opportunity to show our support to the industry.

Well done to UAC for coming up with an event that reflected ongoing thought and demonstrated that as a member organisation they do indeed listen to their members and offer continuously improved services to the community.
